Rising Champions Initiative Application Form

The Cattle Council of Australia is calling on young beef producers to have their say on the future direction of the Australian beef industry through participation in the 2016 NAB Agribusiness Rising Champions Initiative.

State finalists will travel to Canberra from 22-24 August 2016 where they will have the opportunity to meet with politicians, industry leaders and develop professional skills through attendance at the Rising Champions Initiative program, Cattle Council subcommittee meetings and workshops. 

The winner will travel to New Zealand to attend the International Beef Alliance Conference representing Cattle Council. The runner up will receive sponsorship to attend the 2016 Marcus Oldham Rural Leadership Program provided by the Australian Beef Industry Foundation 

Nominations are open to those aged between 21-35 years at time of nomination.
